Gorgeous Geometrics

Furniturespot is constantly seeking like-minded exciting collaborations to create one-of-a-kind furniture pieces made just for you. Furniturespot is proud to release the Cohesive Roots Collection.

An eclectic collaboration between Fabric Bank, a bespoke South African digital fabric printing house, and Glorinah Mabaso, a young talented fabric designer. Neutral palettes, bold geometric patterns and careful use of clean lines sums up these fabric designs by Glorinah. The tribal prints and modern furnishings introduces us to her vision of Africa. Taking us back to her rural roots of Limpopo.

Glorinah: “The combination of tribal patterns and forward-looking furnishings, creates a beautiful balance symbolising where I come from and where I am now”.

This furniture range has a local flair to it and is distinctly African with a modern infusion of lush velvet. The bold and unique prints make each piece elegant and a distinctive master piece. The Cohesive Roots Collection consists of a platform bed with a headboard, ottoman and occasional chair. They are available in different soft velvet fabrics, perfect matched with the tribal fabric and golden legs to give it a luxurious finishing touch.
