Considered one of the most prominent faces on the SA Comedy scene, award-winning, jet-setting comedian – Robby Collins – returns to his hometown for a run of epic shows! He is joined by another award-winning comic – Khanyisa Bunu. This ridiculously funny lady was personally chosen to perform with Trevor Noah on his massive 2017 SA Comedy Tour! Also on the line-up is refreshingly hilarious comic, comedy writer and director, Gilli Apter. She has been delighting crowds up in JHB and was recently nominated for ‘Newcomer of the Year’ at the 2018 Savanna Comics’ Choice Awards.

Robby Collins (JHB)

Considered one of the most prominent faces on the SA Comedy scene, this award-winning comedian, born and raised in Durban, has played to some of the biggest audiences in SA, with appearances at ‘The Heavy Weight Comedy Jam’, ‘Kings and Queens of Comedy’ and ‘Comedy Central Live at Parkers’ (as seen on TV!) to name just a few.

Collins was personally selected as Trevor Noah’s opening act at over 80 of Trevor’s shows across the country!

He earned back-to-back nominations for “Breakthrough Act of the Year” at the 2011 and 2012 Comics Choice Awards, and even received a highly coveted Emmy Nomination for his writing on Late Night News with Loyiso Gola.

His first Solo Show – ‘This Bushman’s Crazy’ (2014) – earned him a highly coveted Standard Bank Ovation Award at the National Arts Festival.

His latest Solo Show – ‘Son of Carol’ (2017) – was a sold-out success across the country!

Khanyisa Bunu (JHB)

They say that dynamite comes in small packages…and Khanyisa Bunu is no exception!
Personally chosen as the Opening Act for Trevor Noah’s massive 2017 SA Comedy Tour, Bunu is one of the hottest comediennes in the country right now!

Refreshingly honest and 100% clean, her unique comedy style has wow’ed audiences across SA, and even earned her a highly coveted Savanna Comics’ Choice Award.

Gilli Apter (Cape Town)

Gilli has worked as a comedy writer since 2005, most notably on SAFTA-winning TV shows – “ZANews” and “Those Who Can’t” – as well as on Nik Rabinowitz’s 2018 one-man show, ‘Dry White’.

This refreshingly hilarious comedienne featured on Trevor Noah’s 2018 ‘Nationwild’ tour, and was recently nominated for ‘Newcomer of the Year’ at the 2018 Savanna Comics’ Choice Awards.

Emilio Tobias (JHB)

After touring the country with some of SA’s biggest comedians (#TrendingComics 2017), Tobias established himself of one of the hot new wave of comedians sweeping the country.

Emilio made his Television debut on the 2nd season of “Mzansi Comedy Nights” on DSTV’s Mzansi Magic, and debuted his 2-man Comedy Special to a sold out crowd at the Joburg Theatre in 2017.


Kelvin Stoffels (Dbn)

This gifted comedian and MC is one of Durban’s favourites and has been ‘bringing the funny’ to thousands of people since 2011.

Performing at venues such as Sun Coast, Sibaya, Bat Center, various theatres, community centres, churches, corporate and social events, he has shared the stage with many of SA’s top performers!

His quirky, clean brand of comedy is loved by all ages and ethnicities.

Cool, calm and collected, this man is well-liked and definitely funny!
