Toys R Us & Babies R Us South Africa – celebrating women & moms EVERYDAY!

Toys R Us & Babies R Us South Africa – celebrating women & moms EVERYDAY!

“We knew this honour had to come from a place personal to us as a brand, something that we take real pride in. This meant saluting women who take the metaphorical driver’s seat and take on the road ahead, no matter what it brings. These are all real women in our world – mothers, sisters, friends, colleagues – and they deserve their own title of honour,” says Nicole Annells, marketing manager Toys R Us & Babies R Us SA.

Toys R Us & Babies R Us South Africa celebrate the spirit of womanhood this Women’s Day by honouring the country’s hardworking mothers.

The leading toy and baby product brand shone its spotlight on their most special customers – moms.

She said that they wanted to honour “real people” who deserve a real salute for just being themselves.

In addition, Toys R Us & Babies R Us SA, applaud the efforts of all female employees particularly staff and partners, as well as all women in SA who continue to push gender equality and pave the way for future generations of women.

Over the years, the brand has been instrumental in advancing women in the workplace with approximately 60% of females occupying management roles.

“We believe an empowered woman is an inspiration to all. We are proud to have exceptional female talent occupying very key positions in our organization and they continue to contribute to successfully growing the brand,” said Annells.

Join the celebration by sharing your inspiring “mom” story.
