Italian inspired cook book

With a deep desire to cultivate her music and food passions, Italian-born Cecilia Di Cecco left Italy to join the KZN Philharmonic Orchestra as a cellist. Over a decade later, she’s still living her dream and has added a cookbook to her success story.

In collaboration with Werner Adendorf (South Africa), Andrea Giampiccoli (Italy), Nash Munien (South Africa) and Primrose Kuwarika (Zimbabwe), Cucina in South Africa was officially launched at the Italian Club in Durban North and features 70 tantalizing Italian recipes that are suited to all kinds of diets. Highly esteemed photographers, Mark Lanning and Val Adamson were involved in photographing each recipe and the overall fun in the kitchen that appears in the book which is available in all mainstream bookstores including Exclusive Books and retails for R495.
