Freshly brewed excellence from Noble Coffee at new-look Thule store

From the most functional products and equipment, to an expertly brewed cup of coffee, Thule continues to make life better.

A cup of coffee is how many of us start our day. There’s something captivating about the smell, taste and experience of making a morning cuppa that instantly readies you for the day ahead. So, when you visit the new Thule store in Cornubia Mall, be sure to head in the direction of Noble coffee to kick-start your shopping experience.

Owner and head barista, Dylan Shawn is a born and bred Durban boy with a love for everything that is coffee.  “If I could put it into one word it would be ‘community’. The community that coffee creates, and feeds is a daily driving force for me. I love what I do but it would almost be for nothing without a community to share it with,” says Dylan. After years of experience in the hospitality industry, Dylan decided that he was a barista at heart and so began Noble Coffee.

Noble is not your average cup of coffee. “It’s unique in that it’s one of a very few coffee bars that are driving two main cultures. The first being a speciality coffee bar in a very commercial environment, striving to offer customers high quality coffee that is served at an international standard (debunking the small, medium, large & XXL Cappuccino mindset). Secondly, it’s pushing the boundaries of people’s perception of what they perceive a coffee experience should be,” explains Dylan. Each cup of coffee is brewed using beans that have undergone a meticulous process of roasting and cupping in order to choose the best beans for your drinking pleasure.

This isn’t the first time Thule has combined delectable coffee with their product offerings. World renowned barista, Roberto Dell’Aquila has become somewhat of an attraction for those attending the Eurobike show, and in previous years the master barista created quite a stir when he sold a record 2 000 cups of coffee in one day at the Thule stand.

So, if you’re in need of a new laptop bag, bike rack or an unforgettable cup of coffee, head to Dylan and Noble Coffee at the Thule store in Cornubia Mall to savour a cup of expertly brewed coffee
