What beauty product would you not leave home without?

My favourite red lipstick from Mac’s Ruby Woo, no question.

What can’t you live without?

Coconut oil for the obvious reason, it is pure magic!

What is your secret to looking so radiant?

Living a healthy and happy lifestyle is very important. What goes into your body reflects on the outside.

What is your favourite beauty product to use and why?

Having full, well-shaped eyebrows helps with shaping your face when completing a look. My favourite product to use is my NYX 3 in 1 Brow pencil, which has everything I need in 1 penci,l to have the perfect brows.

Can you share aspects of your beauty regime with our readers?

I have a very organic beauty regime. I found that this worked best for my skin and hair. Coconut oil is my go-to product. I use it for my face, body, hair and for teeth whitening and it works wonders. .

What is in your makeup bag?

Clinique Foundation, Mac concealer palette, LA Girl Concealer, Essence mascara, Urban Decay naked 2 eyeshadow palette, maroon, pink, red and nude lipstick, liquid eyeliner and NYX 3 in 1 eyebrow pencil.

Tips for taking care of your skin and hair?

It is important to be consistent with skin and hair routine. Let your skin and hair get used to the products that you are using, without changing and using too many products at once. My two secrets to having clear skin that ‘glows’ is using an aloe gel mask, and I use raw unrefined apple cider vinegar with rose water as a toner. These and coconut oil as a moisturiser, have worked wonders for me.

What hair care products do you use on your hair to keep it healthy and looking beautiful?

I love taking care of my hair and making sure it is healthy. I make sure that I treat my Afro every week, alternating between a moisturising and a protein treatment.  My favourite product is my Cantu leave- in conditioner which leaves my hair moisturised and healthy with bouncy, defined curls.

What is your secret to looking so radiant?

Justine tissue oil and a good night’s rest. I apply tissue oil on my face every night before bed.

What is your favourite beauty product to use and why?

Using a setting spray after you’ve done your make-up helps to keep it in place and allows it to last much longer throughout the day. It also gives your face a beautiful, dewy look.

What is in your makeup bag?

I think the better question is: What isn’t in my make-up bag!

I’ve always loved make-up ever since I was a little girl and I took a keen interest in learning different techniques. Make-up isn’t meant to make you look like a different person but rather enhance the parts of your face that you love.

Tips for taking care of your skin/hair?

I take a collagen supplement everyday as it is really good for my hair and skin.  I always make sure that I stay hydrated and have a healthy diet.  I oil my hair, as this stimulates growth and strengthens my hair. Lastly I follow a very good skin care regime, this is vital for keeping my skin looking healthy and radiant.

What hair care products do you use on your hair to keep it healthy and looking beautiful?

I use a Davines oil that I run throughout the length of my hair whilst it’s wet so that my hair is protected when I blow dry and style it. I also think trimming your hair regularly is important in keeping those split ends at bay.

I steam at least twice a week, this not only detoxifies my skin but leave is silky smooth. I also ALWAYS wash, cleanse and moisturise. .

What hair care products do you use on your hair to keep it healthy and looking beautiful?
