Don’t bother with making Dinner Reservations; My Chef has got your Valentine’s Day covered!
Valentine’s Day is really an excuse, to bust out the bubbly and a few tasty delicious meals, so why not show off your finely honed cooking skills with a lot of help from My Chef. Let them take away the stress and angst and provide you with a great meal. For those of you who want to, you can make it into a double date, or make a party of it even those of us without a date can celebrate, as they offer portions of up to 4 for each meal.
Starters to kick start a night of romance and fabulous food is the option of a Mozambique inspired, Spicy Beginnings – Pan fried Calamari Tubes and Sliced Chorizo Sausage cooked in a Creamy Peri-peri Sauce, served with a Cocktail Portuguese Roll for dipping. Absolutely Yum! Just place in a suitable pot, bring to the boil and serve.
Main course; Love me Tender – Tender Chicken and Bacon Melts – Tender Chicken Fillets wrapped in Bacon, topped with Mozzarella Cheese, in an Italian Herb and Tomato Sauce served with My Chef’s famous Parmesan Polenta Mash Place in the oven to bake for 15mins, heat the Polenta & serve for that extra presentation touch of garnish, top with the Micro Herbs.
Dessert doesn’t come better than this, a delicious Vanilla Panna Cotta. Fill the air with the aroma of fresh Vanilla, topped off with a Mixed Berry Compote; your partner won’t be able to resist diving into this.
Already prepared, just turn out of its mould and serve with the Mixed Berry Compote.
