Fry’s Yoga Club at The Plant

Fry’s Yoga Club at The Plant

Flow and roll into 2018. It’s time unroll your yoga mat, and stay flexible and centered in the body and mind as the new year fully gets underway.

Being healthy is so much more than just what we eat. It’s the union of positive well-being, health and community. Fry’s Yoga Club (FYC) is an exciting initiative brought to you by The Fry Family Food Co that aims to enliven, educate and encourage Durbanites from all walks of life!

FYC meets every Monday at The Plant, a fantastic venue to unwind, located on Station Drive. Take your first inhale at 17h30 and your final shavasana exhale at 18h30 at a cost of your choice (you pay for what you think the class is worth).

And of course, no Fry’s event would be complete without some plant-based goodness! On every first Monday of the month, Fry’s offers a taster evening where a selection of Fry’s products are handed out for all yogis and yoginis to try! Attendees can also enter into a lucky draw to win all sorts of prizes including Fry’s vouchers, fitness class sessions, and yoga and fitness apparel vouchers from Caboose!

Fry’s Yoga Club welcomes anyone at any age of all levels, including beginners too! Our instructor, Cami Barausse, or one of our special guest teachers, will guide you through your class with the greatest of ease.

Join us for a heart-opening, vibration-raising weekly event that will revive your spirit, enrich your practice and activate the flow of peace and compassion in your life.
