Shopkins Fans, look out for Shopkins Cutie Cars!

Shopkins Fans, look out for Shopkins Cutie Cars!

When Shopkins go for a spin what do they ride in? Cutie Cars! Cutie Cars are a range of Shopkins themed die-cast collectible cars that take the joy and the art of collecting to a whole new level. The distinctive, colourful vehicles, with names such as Choc Chip Racer, Wheely Wishes and Motor Melon, are made with real die cast metal which gives them weight, just like classic collectible cars but with a lot more cuteness. The Cutie Cars will bring miles of smiles to little girls aged five and over!

Chiquita Patrizi, spokesperson for Prima Toys explains that just like Shopkins, the Cutie Cars are set to take the collectibles craze to the next level. “Since their launch, Shopkins have literally taken the South African toy shelves by storm. The range keeps evolving to the delight of both parents and children, as each series is very cute and very big on the fun factor. This year, the creators of Shopkins have added another category to the range in the form of the Shopkins Cutie Cars. Children want toys that are unique, creative and fun and the Shopkins Cutie Cars represent all of these factors,” explains Patrizi.

Shopkins fans will have an immediate connection with the Cutie Cars.  There are over 35 vehicles to collect and each has its own personality and its own mini Shopkin. Each Cutie Car has a pop-off top so kids can place their Mini Shopkin inside for a ride! The Cutie Cars are available as a single pack, three pack and as a Drive Thru Diner Playset.

Bespoke baby gear, designed with the supermom in mind!

When it comes to baby brands, there are so many great companies out there producing some incredible stuff. On an international level, we are of course envious of some of the adventurous, fun and fabulous products on the market (not all of which we can always get our hands on), so we simply cannot contain ourselves when every now and again we stumble across some equally great brands produced on our very own doorstep…

50 Shades of Pink

When it comes to wine, especially rosé, there are loads of guys who won’t touch it. Maybe it’s because they prefer a beer or a more refined spirit; maybe it’s because it comes in a stemmed glass, who knows?. What we can say though, based on the confessions of our local wine fundi, Jan-Nico Coetzee, is that even the tough guys have a palate for rose, and thanks to the bottled beauties listed below, we now know just why.
