Dump the slump with the Pop Up Gym at Suncoast

South Africa’s latest fitness craze, popupgym™, founded by health and fitness guru Letshego Zulu and training partner,KhethiweMlangeni, is set to get Durbanites kicking and dancing their way back into shape this weekend at SUNCOAST!

“Durban we are coming for you, make sure to get your tickets for the popupgym™. It’s going to be fun, it’s going to be educational and best of all we going to help you get yourself back into shape for the upcoming spring and summer seasons” says Letshego Zulu

Founded in 2014, the popupgym™ promotes a healthy and active lifestyle by demonstrating that exercise training can take place anywhere, anytime and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Unique in its approach, the popupgym™ utilizes wireless earphones ‘silent disco’ in its exercise routines – which involve aerobics, yoga and boxing and gives each participant a personalized experience.

Free optional body assessments, for those wanting to know what their body weight, fat percentage and muscle mass are,will also be on offer.

Parents are encouraged to bring along their kids between the ages of 7 and 12 for the PopUpGym4Kidz which will run concurrently with the popupgym™. The kids programme will include height/weight measurements, hygiene education, dance & fitness games, healthy bites, Plyometrics and yoga.

The popupgym™ takes place at SUNCOAST’s SUNdeck, registration is from 08h00 – 09h00, tickets for adults are R200 and R100 for children between the ages of 7 to 12. All participants get an Adidas goodie bag to the value of over R300.
